As owner of Tett Cellars, I will use my knowledge and commitment to energize, engage, and inspire others to learn about wine. I’m passionate about wine but have seen the pretentiousness that sometimes accompanies the industry. I want to change that. It’s about enjoying and understanding the fine nuances of wine and all that it has to offer. I aspire to break down the barriers and make wine more accessible.
I have been involved in the hospitality industry for over 30 years: five-star hotel/dining room, haute cuisine, bar management, event planning, professor of hospitality and culinary, Wine Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Award in Wines, and Fine Vintage Sommelier (FVS). All this means is that I can help you learn a little more about wine.
