It’s about enjoying and understanding the fine nuances of wine and all that it has to offer. He aspires to break down the barriers and make wine more accessible.
Deron’s been involved in the hospitality industry for over 30 years: five-star hotel/dining room, haute cuisine, bar management, event planning, professor of hospitality and culinary, Wine Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Award in Wines, and Fine Vintage Sommelier (FVS). All this means is that he can help you learn a little more about wine.
